When it's required to do not synchronize personal contacts?
It’s required to specify “Do not syncronize personal contacts” when your organization has defined Conditional Access policies that requires “Approved client apps”. This policy will prevent the use of Exchange ActiveSync clients using basic authentication on mobile devices.
Once this policies are defined, EZ2ID will not be able to syncronize some of the user data such as the personal contacts.
